With specially designed software for a wide variety of batching
applications such as feed mills, concrete plants and food processing
operations, CompuWeigh's PSC 500 offers accurate, total control of the
entire process. The standard system can handle up to ten dry ingredients
and two liquids.
The PSC 500 can accommodate systems with separate weigh hoppers and
mixers or mixer/hopper combinations - with the accuracy and reliability
to assure tight control over ingredient usage for better profits.
The unit features a self-contained digital weight indicator, easy to
read two line alphanumeric display, and a simple membrane keypad for
entering operational and calibration data. A built-in memory stores up
to 100 recipes, and the unit can be interfaced with computers for
downloading or uploading of formulas.
