Our core expertise is weighing bulk materials at high speed and at high accuracy. We offer a range of equipment and computer software that provide complete solutions to a broad range of weighing problems. Systems are NTEP and Canadian approved "legal-for-trade" with accuracy by weight of 0.1% or better.

Scale Fabrication

Bulkweighing Scales. We offer a full range of hopper scales from 3,500 bu./hr to 100,000 bu./hr (100 TPH to 3,000 TPH) systems. We offer a complete design service and will custom design a system to meet your special needs.

Process Hopper Scales. We offer 2.5, 5.0 and 10.0 cubic ft scales for weighing applications from 1 to 90 tons / hour. Systems are shipped fully assembled, wired, piped and pre-tested - ready for installation and long, trouble-free service.

Compudraft Series Controllers

CD-2000 – the controller used by every major grain processing company in the U.S. Since its introduction in 1985 the CD-2000 has outsold all competitive controllers combined.
CD-3000 (introduced in 1996) offers a lower profile case with larger monitor and super high-speed communications to other computer systems, yet maintains the "bullet-proof" tradition of the CD-2000.

Batching Controller. PSC-500 This wall mount unit is ideal for batching applications with multiple ingredients and multiple recipes.

In-Process Controller. DWC-300 This low cost unit is ideal for in-process weighing and straightforward bulk weighing applications.

Plant Automation

GMS. This modular "Windows" software system allows the customer to buy just the components they need. Modules include bulkweighing, platform scale weighing, grading, blending, reporting, data management, inventory control, accounting interface, temperature and level monitoring and automation. The system can be run on one computer or multiple computers running on a network.

Automation. This MMI (Man-Machine-Interface) is a special GMS module that offers a wide range of plant automation control, while still retaining the key components of the GMS system.

Compu.Server Permits high-speed, multiple-scale communication, allowing one operator control of as many as 8 Compudraft controllers running on a network.
