This low-cost, low-maintenance scale is ideal for obtaining accurate, reliable continuous weighing of dry bulk materials in capacities from 0.5 – 90 tons per hour. Three standard sizes are available to handle a wide variety of materials from grain, flour, rice and screenings to plastic, paper and cement.

Accurate. Whether you need legal-for-trade weights, or to monitor production and inventory, this scale delivers 99.9% accuracy with full government compliance. The system is NTEP approved – for all shipping, receiving and in-process applications.

High-Speed. A superior tension load cell design and high-volume discharge gates provides fast cycling time of 10-15 seconds. For maximum throughput and continuous material flow the system can be supplied with upper and lower hoppers.

Simple. No special training is required to operate the system. The scale is shipped completely assembled, pre-tested and ready for installation for long, trouble-free service. Removable doors provide easy access for testing and maintenance.

Reliable. Precision design and fabrication allows 24-hour/day performance even in the harshest environments. The fully enclosed design ensures dust-tight operation and is virtually maintenance-free. Weigh hopper, gates and pneumatic cylinders are made of stainless steel for durability. Gate speed controls provide for smooth operation.

The system can be supplied as a stand-alone weigh hopper or with upper and lower hoppers to maintain a continuous flow of material. The system can be easily modified to handle special applications.

Control Options

CompuWeigh’s DWC-300 Digital Weight Indicator is the perfect match for Process Hopper Scale control. The DWC-300 is user configurable and is suitable for most applications. Other controllers are available for more demanding applications.
