• Almost no typing is required. In most cases the computer gives the you a list to pick from.

• Our Industrial Computer uses Intel pentium processors. If you want a faster system just add an upgrade processor or more memory.

• Information can also be transmitted to all major Grain Accounting systems, either by modem or through a local area network.

• You can configure the system to run the way you want.
• In our Grading system, you decide which factors you want to use, the order they appear on the screen and the maximum and minimum acceptable values.
• You can Grade, Weigh and ID in any order.
• The reporting system allows you to produce any report you want.

• With our recommended built in Fax/modem you can instantly transmit any report or graph to another location.
• Our databases are in the Industry Standard dBASE format. You can also export information in a wide range of formats for transmission to Host computers or for importing into your favorite spreadsheet.
• If you have a problem, we can log onto your computer and show you right on your screen how to run the program properly. This also allows us to make updates and changes to your system without the need for expensive service calls. In all cases these changes are only made with your express permission.

• The system will handle any number of single and multiple landlord accounts.
• The program will locate the customer's record even if you only know a part of the last name, account code or vehicle number.
• Information is automatically maintained for customer's contracts based on commodities, including total amount, amount applied to contract and balance left on the contract.
• Special discounts can be applied on a per contract basis.
• The system maintains a list of vehicles owned by each customer so that you only need to select the customer and automatically a list of his vehicles is displayed for easy selection.

• The system can handle receiving, shipping, transfers and miscellaneous weighings (like fertilizer and dust).
• You can maintain separate sequences of ticket numbers for each of the above categories. Number sequences can be changed on the fly.
• Grain transactions are automatically formatted and can be transmitted to a remote host computer either in real time or batch mode.

• The system automatically asks for the relevant grade factors for the commodity chosen.
• You can design the grading screen to match the layout on your pan ticket.
• Maximum and minimum values can be preset for each factor to prevent incorrect entry.
• Automatic FGIS grading is available with manual over-ride.

• All bins are identified by capacity, commodity and grade.
• Automatic bin selection based on grades with manual over-ride.
• Interlocking to prevent accidental grain mixing.
• Automatic and manual adjustment of bin levels.

• We have the most extensive reporting system available. You can run one of the many standard reports, modify them or design you own by "drawing" them on the screen.
• Reports can printed, previewed on the screen (to avoid the normal trial and error process of printing multiple times to get the report looking right), stored in a file for later use, or FAXED to another location.
• All data can be graphed in many different formats. In "automatic mode" the system handles everything. If you then want to make a change, for example add a new heading or change the maximum and minimum values, you can do so without difficulty.
