Controller
For typical scale retrofit and straightforward hopper control
applications the DWC-300 is the controller of choice. As a stand alone
controller, or used in conjunction with other DWC controllers for
multi-scale applications, this controller performs exceptionally well.
Because the controller is user configurable it provides the flexibility
required for most scale applications. For more complicated applications,
please call the factory as we offer a full range of controllers.
Hardware Features
- 6 digit weight display
- two line by eight character alpha/numeric
display for prompting setup sequence and displaying operating data.
No more cryptic code deciphering
- dual serial communication ports via 20MA, RS232
and RS485
- user definable four inputs and eight outputs
- includes bracket for table top mounting or an
optional panel mounting kit is available
- 1,000,000 internal count A/D converter capable
of 100 conversions per second
Software Features
- DWC-300 comes preprogrammed for full
interlocked draft weighing for hopper control applications
- selectable analog and digital filtering for
superior vibration filtering
- 5 point linearity compensation
- flow rate control
- calibration features include:
- automatic dead load compensation
- automatic gain setting by instrument to best
match load cell output to scale capacity
- active temperature compensation for Zero and
Span
- alarm conditions display
- serial communications for printer and external
