Our conservative bulkweighing hopper design meets
rated capacity at 120 cycles per hour, not 150 to 180 cycles per hour
that some of our competitors offer. The superior design reduces wear and
tear by 20-30% and allows the bulkweigher to handle a wide range of
commodities without loss of throughput.
All hoppers are fabricated of 3/16" steel plate, not the 12
gage normally supplied by our competitors.
We will custom design your system, not force you into one of our
standard products. We ensure that valley angles are appropriately
sized for your specific material.
Service platforms, ladders, special transitions and various liners
are available.
Gates are heavy-duty roller design ladder gates. Other gate designs
are available.
Automatic test weight systems are available and are sized according
to hopper capacity and local and federal agency requirements

Systems are shipped assembled, wired, piped and pre-tested – ready
